Have you met Emily S!? She is our resident Pisces and queen of slow flow & deep stretch. With over a decade of practice and six years of teaching in NYC and LA, she brings an inclusive, grounding energy to every class. Come experience pure bliss where breath, alignment, and strength meet ease and connection.

When she’s not on the mat, you’ll find her sipping iced tea, hanging with her pup, or singing her heart out at karaoke 🎤🐶.

Meet Tiffany 🌿 our newest teacher and an 800-hour certified Jivamukti yoga guide, somatic therapist, and—according to her friends—“goofy, grounded, fascinated, and fascinating.” With nearly 15 years of experience, she weaves together movement, music, touch, and philosophy—always with breath, curiosity, and care.

Her classes are like a well-steeped cup of tea 🍵—rich, grounding, and full of depth. Tiffany teaches from a place of wholeness, inviting you to slow down and tune in. Come get curious and maybe just a little silly too.

Meet Kristin — our newest teacher and instant ray of sunshine ☀️ An Aquarius with an uplifting spirit, Kristin found yoga after a scoliosis diagnosis and years of competitive dance, and she’s been flowing ever since. With over 300 hours of training in Power, Yin, and Sculpt, she brings the FUN to every class — always with an inspiring playlist and a welcoming space to just be you 🎶🧘‍♀️

She recharges with lemon ginger tea, peanut butter & banana rice cakes, and a solid skincare routine + YouTube binge 😌✨ Her mantra? “Inhale courage, exhale fear.”
