count cals in sauces, they add up quickly
when making drinks, add water/ice for more volume + to get fuller faster
you can count spice calories if you choose, but I personally don't as they're so small you'll burn them by merely existing
remember that quantity > quality. try to put the most low cal things into your meal instead of having one high cal portion. four 25 cal snacks is better than one 100 cal snack.
that being said, still jazz things up a bit. add cool shapes, seasonings, and sauces for flavor and line it up for a pretty presentation. low cal doesn't have to be bland and boring

On Tuesdays we transform!! Before.. During.. and now... Not after, cause I'm nowhere near done! I don't care if I don't lose another pound because, strength is my focus. Running more and more and now adding strength training and toning. I personally believe this is how we make lasting change. I hear it all the time "I know someone who had VSG and they've gained all their weight back" well guess what! I know plenty of people who lost weight naturally and gained it all back.... It's not how you do it, but wether or not you actually change your life, and the work you put in to make that change last. You have to do the work!...😌💪
