Each visit begins with guided meditation to help orient the nervous system toward safety. 🧘♀️ From there, guests enter a 60-minute float enhanced with frequency technology, using sound to support a gentle tuning of the body's natural rhythms. 🌊🎶

If your knee pain gets worse when you're stressed., that's not in your head. 🦵💔

Most people treat knee pain like it's purely structural, joint, cartilage, inflammation. But even when you're doing PT, stretching, or taking anti-inflammatories, the pain can stay loud especially during stressful weeks.

Pain is physical. But your nervous system controls the volume.
This isn't weakness, and it's not you being dramatic. It's your body staying in protection mode.

When stress is high, your nervous system becomes more reactive. That can lead to more muscle tension, more guarding, and more sensitivity to pain signals, even from the same knee injury.

Common signs this is your pattern:
Your knee pain flares during stressful weeks
You feel tightness or bracing around the joint
