Today, I had the honor of being one of the first surgeons in the United States to implant the new Bausch & Lomb EnVista ENVY full range of vision IOL. This innovative lens technology is designed to enhance vision at all distances—near, intermediate, and far—giving patients newfound freedom from glasses and contact lenses and minimal night vision disturbances.

I’m thrilled to see how this IOL will elevate my patients’ quality of life by offering them true spectacle independence. Thank you, Bausch & Lomb, for trusting me to lead the way with this breakthrough technology and bring this level of advanced vision care to our patients!

I finally got the opportunity and thrilled to perform my first commercial implant of the new iDose TR long-acting Travoprost implant for Glaucoma. Last weekend, I enjoyed the privilege of being invited faculty and attending the Bausch and Lomb Cataract Technology Summit in beautiful La Jolla. The event was a resounding success, bringing together a rockstar panel of leading experts and innovators in the field of ophthalmology. 🌟

The summit showcased groundbreaking advancements in cataract surgery, featuring state-of-the-art IOL (intraocular lens) technology that promises to enhance patient outcomes significantly. Along with my good friend Paul Singh, I was also thrilled to share data on MIMS and MINT the new platforms from Sanoculis which B&L has joined forces with to expand our options for minimally invasive glaucoma surgery (MIGS) procedures. These innovative techniques are set to revolutionize the way we manage and treat glaucoma, offering patients safer and more effective options. 🔬✨
