📖 VIRTUAL Book Club Announcement ✨

We’re starting the new year with intention, clarity, and conscious living—and there’s no better place to begin than The Four Agreements by Don Miguel Ruiz.

This book is a powerful reset. Simple, yet deeply transformative, it invites us to examine the agreements we’ve unconsciously made—with ourselves, with others, and with the world—and gently replace them with ones rooted in truth, freedom, and self-love.

These teachings feel especially potent at the start of a new year—when we’re shedding old patterns, redefining boundaries, and choosing how we want to move, think, and live going forward.

🦋 For me this Spring is all about syncing my wellness goals with the rhythms of nature by developing and strengthening healthy habits that enhance, purify, and rejuvenate my mind, body and spirit.

⚠️Starting APRIL 1
Join the 60 Day Spring Cleanse to nourish your body and mind with nature’s cycles with Circadian fasting. This diet generally limits your eating window to daytime hours and fasting during the night. Similar to intermittent fasting, a circadian fast just prioritizes an earlier eating window during the day. The span of your fasting window is up to you. Discovering your exact feeding/fasting window will be personal to you! Generally somewhere between 12/12 -16/8.
 
This type of fasting encourages timing your meals with the rise and fall of the sun, and the corresponding surges and dips in cortisol, and other hormones. Your body is so intimately connected with nature. By creating a deeper relationship with how, when and why you nourish your body you can start showing up feeling and looking your best each day.

By joining the challenge we are creating accountability, learning, and growing together in community. This will all be happening on INSTAGRAM. All you have to do is join the group and be part of the conversation! I will guide us through weekly intentions and this will be an open form to ask questions, share challenges, and triumphs!
