With or without weights (1-3lbs) this variation challenges your breath, balance, shoulder mobility, back strength, and hamstrings — all while deepening your connection to the powerhouse.

• Sit tall on your sit bones
• Press the backs of the legs long into the mat
• Initiate from the powerhouse, not the arms
• Crack your heart wide open
• Let the breath guide the rhythm
