Spend a beautiful afternoon in the park creating your own floral bouquet before relaxing into a silent disco chakra sound bath. Through Bluetooth headphones, you will be guided by the soothing tones of crystal sound bowls tuned to 432 Hz for a deeply calming and restorative experience.

This gathering is intentionally small so everyone can fully relax, connect with nature, and welcome the season with mindfulness.

We are back! We had such a wonderful time last month, so I’ve decided to make this a monthly event! I’ve push the start time to later and I’ll be bringing the headsets along as well. 🌸

We will begin by creating our own floral bouquets, an opportunity to tap into our sacral chakra and begin the inward journey with the option to wear the headphones for soft music. Afterwards, we will settle into a relaxing Reiki infused chakra healing sound bath while I play my crystal bowls tuned to 432 Hz (the Earth’s heartbeat).

Bring your blanket, take a deep breath, and allow yourself this time to pause and restore.

Happy Spring Equinox my friends! Although in LA it’s bee nothing but summer, we will still honor the change in season and a new lunar cycle.

I’d like to think I have a far-reaching impact as a South Bay resident, and this year's in-person schedule is locked in!

At , you will need the Group X pass to access classes at the John Wooden Center. With , you can drop in, purchase a special or membership, or use . Finally, at , all classes are FREE! On any given day, sometimes these classes reach our limit to safely practice, so you should plan to bring a water bottle, arrive early, find parking, and give your body time to settle before class. Depending on how much time you have on your hands and your location, I’m sure we will find a way to connect.

And as always, I am looking to build an online class library that makes our practice accessible wherever we are. I started teaching online during the pandemic, promoting my classes on Eventbrite. As the world started to open back up, I was in a special position to host my own in-person classes before auditioning at studios to build my community and style without outside influence. Yet I realized that to really get my wings, I would need to head to a studio. Now I can tell a few stories on the experience of teaching and why they say don’t meet the people you look up to cause they’ll just disappoint you, but I’ll skip that… for now. Let’s just say I eventually landed comfortably with UCLA, LA Care Health Plan, Blue Shield California, Calming Spot, and Y7. These wonderful institutions, brands, and organizations really nurtured my talent, validated my purpose, and gave me a community that continues to thrive to this day.
