This is an Ayurvedic lunch tray to make a ballance six-taste meal aka Thali.
I am a newbie Ayurveda style eater and still in the process of learning how to put togheter a tray that taste good to my palate and has the 6 traditional tastes: sweet, bitter, salty, sour, pungent and astringent.
I made some lemon chutney on the side that is very bitter and not pictured also an indian style porridge this AM comprised of dermented rice and mungbeans with dates and pears!
That gave me a lot of energy and no crashes!
Yet another delicacy not shown in the picture plus a salad made wirh a ceaser style souce but vegan made of pumpkin seeds water lemon apple cider and nutritional yeast.
Also not shown in this video a side of fermented mung bean, kale and cilantro pancakes!
Lot of food after my dry fast lasted 36 hours, the first to last so long and based on the tibetian fasting for full moon!
Planty of water and many glasses of juices I feel great again.
Dry fasting has been my fav new thing!
