The most significant truth to grabble is the fact that we are constantly creating a pattern, or some may say, a cycle of how our life is and feels. Every day you wake up and say tomorrow, I’ll do this or that will create a coded brain blueprint for that habit which thus becomes a pattern if it is done more than once. This, of course, is just one of the many examples of something in your life or even a mood in conjunction with something you say, whether good or bad, which also creates a coded pattern in our brain that plays a massive role in the day-to-day feels. It all correlates.
We truly have the power to create the outcome by starting with our daily routine.
A great thing to try at the end of every week is to do a weekly check-in and ask yourself.

🧠What was something I constantly did or said this week, whether good or bad (routine.)
Once you get into a habit of this, you start planting the seed of awareness of one’s self. You become even more aware of what you are doing, good or bad. This impacting all aspects of you and your life.
