Our paper, “Operationalizing community engagement evaluation: A structured and scalable approach using the RE-AIM framework and net effects diagrams,” outlines the novel approach we developed to operationally evaluate our community engagement (CE) activities in a systematic and scalable way.

The approach provides a step-by-step method and visual tools that make CE evaluation more actionable, comparable, transparent, and replicable.

We’re proud to share this important work.

Celebrating The New Graduates!
Earlier this month, 19 community health workers from across Los Angeles County successfully completed the 16-hour Chronic Disease Prevention Training!

These dedicated CHW's are now better equipped to bring health education and support to our communities, helping to reduce risk factors and promote long-term health and wellness.

This training was made possible thanks to the generous support of the Centene Foundation.
