Low Carb Garlic Naan

Ingredients:

- 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Jack Cheese
- 1.5 Tablespoons Sour Cream
- 1 large egg
- 1/2 cup Almond Flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 Tablespoon Butter
- Garlic Powder
- Dried parsley

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

2. Prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.

3. In a bowl, microwave cheese and sour cream, mixing every 30 seconds, until soft and shiny.

4. Add egg, almond flour, and baking powder to melted cheese dough and mix well until combined.

5. Knead until not sticky - add a little extra almond flour if it is too sticky to knead.
6. Split into 2 balls.

7. Roll out balls into flatbread shape using a rolling pin.

8. Lay rolled out dough on lined baking sheet, giving a bit of room for spreading.

9. Melt butter and mix in some dried parsley and garlic powder.

10. Brush garlic butter over naan and bake for
12-15 minutes or until golden brown.

11. Remove and serve!

Ingredients

2 pounds chicken breast

1/2 chopped onion

1 teaspoon garlic cloves

2 chopped celery ribs

1 teaspoon cumin

3/4 teaspoon oregano

2 teaspoons chili powder

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon pepper

1/2 cup heavy whipping cream

6 cups chicken stock

4 ounces chopped green chilies, drained

2 tablespoons butter

4 ounces softened cream cheese

1/2 cup sour cream

1 cup pepper jack cheese

1 cup cheddar cheese

1/2 teaspoon xanthan gum

1/4 teaspoon paprika

1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper

Instructions

How to Make on the Stove:

Slow cook chicken breasts in the crockpot, then shred.

Melt 2 tablespoons of butter in a dutch oven over medium-low heat.

Add onion, celery, and saute until translucent.

Add drained green chilis, add spices, heavy whipping cream, broth, sour cream, and softened cream cheese.

Mix the ingredients with a whisk until combined, then add cheese and shredded chicken.

Mix ½ tsp of xanthan gum with ¼ cup of the soup, then return to the pan and simmer on medium-low for 15-20 min on low or until it thickens to desired consistency.

Garnish with cilantro and jalapenos.

This Keto Stuffed Peppers recipe is sure to become a family favorite in your home! It's simple, delicious, and keto-friendly.

Ingredients

1 red bell peppers
1 yellow bell peppers
2 green bell peppers
1.25 lbs ground beef, browned
1/4 onion, chopped
2 garlic cloves
1 10 ounce can Rotel
2 tbsp homemade taco seasoning
2/3 cup beef broth
1/2 cup steamed riced cauliflower (I steam a 10 oz bag and use part of it)
1 1/2 cup Monterey Jack Cheese or Colby Monterey Jack

Instructions

1. Cut bell peppers in half horizontally and clean out the inside. Place face up on a greased 9x13 casserole dish and microwave for 5 minutes.
2. Add ground beef, chopped onion, and minced garlic to a skillet and cook until ground beef is browned. Drain.
3. Pop the steam bag of riced cauliflower in the microwave.
4. Add the Rotel, homemade taco seasoning, beef broth, and 2/3 cup of riced cauliflower (save the rest for a different meal. You could add more, but my kids didn’t notice it was in the ground beef with this amount)
5. Bring taco mixture to a boil and simmer for 10 minutes uncovered on medium allowing the liquids to reduce and the sauce thickens. If the sauce hasn’t reduced after 10 minutes continue to simmer until it does.
6. Scoop the ground beef mixture into the bell peppers.
7. Sprinkle grated cheese on top.
8. Bake for 20 min in a 350-degree oven.

Ingredients
3 large boneless, skinless chicken breast
1/2 cup almond flour
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
4 tablespoons butter (not all used at once)
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 cup dry white wine
1/4 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
2 tablespoons capers
2 tablespoons heavy cream (more if desired)

Instructions
1. Slice the thick chicken breast as if you are butterflying, but cut all the way through. Place plastic wrap over the chicken and pound until thin.
2. In a bowl combine the almond flour, parmesan and herbs.
3. Dredge the thin chicken breast in the mixture and make sure it is coated well on both sides. Let the breaded chicken sit in the fridge 10 minutes to make sure the coating adhears well.
4. Heat 1 tablespoon of the butter and all of the olive oil in the skillet. Sear the chicken about 3 minutes on each side, until golden brown. Transfer the browned chicken onto a plate.
5. In the same pan add the wine, scraping the pan to deglaze it. Add the lemon juice, capers, heavy cream and remaining butter to the skillet and stir. When the sauce has reduced slightly add the chicken back to the skillet and cook 2-3 minutes.
6. Top with lemon wedges, parmesan and parsley if desired.
