It's been one year since we opened our two Airbnb's here in the mountains of Puerto Rico. We've worked so hard to make this dream come true. We've gone above and beyond to make this a unique experience for our guests (even without our help, our property IS a unique experience). A lot of sacrifice (i.e. me having to work away from home for 2.5 of the last 5 years). I remember when we first moved here in 2019, and beheld this vision. It felt so far off in the distance. But it's happening (And I'm home for good now). 😍🥳
We've created so much beauty here--flowers, hiking trails, special opportunities for tranquility. We've hosted more than 100 people in the last year, and the ratings speak for themselves. Here is our most recent review (brought me to tears):

"It’s no exaggeration, guys. This place is unreal. The adventure begins on the drive there and DOES NOT stop. My dad is native to the island and new to Airbnb. He said he never imagined he’d experience what we experienced at this place. The hosts are incredibly kind and generous. Helpful and politely communicative. There are fresh herbs growing all around and a variety of fruits often falling to be eaten. All of this is shared with the guests. My rest here was addicting. I was most impressed with the variety of well groomed hiking trails on the property. Pineapples lining one trail and intimidating steepness for a good workout on another. I can’t wait to go back."
