Summertime views from Wilmington and Philadelphia.
I helped Mom with some plantings outside of her apartment at Country House, went for long and scenic runs through Winterthur, and went to Philly for a festive dinner with Mike and Karen.

Look who I found while running along Santa Monica Blvd. in Beverly Hills. My West Highland White Terrier, patients, Eva and Stella. Although they were so excited and squirmy, we able to pull off a few commemorative photos.

Did you see the Great Elephant Migration by Blow Horn During its limited appearance along Santa Monica Blvd. in Beverly Hills?
I caught the installation on one of my runs and the clusters of different generations of elephants was certainly a site to see.

It was so great to see DEVO at Mosswood Meltdown (where I first saw them in 2018 when it was called Burger Bugaboo). The festival was again hosted by one of my idols, John Waters, who was just as personable and uniquely adorned as other times we’ve met.

Thank you Harman Projects for the great Shephard Fairey “Fractured” show and print. It was great to see a diverse array of Shephard’s work and even an original of a print that we have at home. While you’re in the area, make sure to check out the nearby Shepherd Fairey mural at 25th and Indiana.
