A few days

Swimming in the Mad River. Blueberries warm from the sun. Sheep in the lower field. Circles with 13 brave, tender hearted people.

We gathered to explore what it means to facilitate change. To honor difference, listen deeply, and live with purpose.

The land held us - in conversation, in silence, around the fire, and at farm dinners. Glad for the beauty, challenge, and belonging. And to remember what’s possible 🌿

This quarter I set one goal: relational wealth. Since October 1st I’ve funneled lots of energy toward relationships. This has looked like park walks, high vibe dinner parties, cooking and cooking and cooking together, coffee shop hangs, expanding capacity for vulnerable and truthful and edgy conversations, honest communication when issues arise, a spontaneous dinner party of 12 in which somehow 2 cups of lentils made into an elaborate soup fed us all. Our Thanksgiving gathering was 10x more aesthetically beautiful, meaningful, and funny than I could have imagined. Our dinner prompt was: What is the emergent vision of our community and Earth that you hold?

Who knows what this last month of the year will bring. Here are a few moments.
