Nappily Naturals is looking for energetic, innovative individuals with great customer service skills who are passionate about holistic health and helping others. If you’re interested in growing with a Black-owned, community-centered business, we want you on our team!
Positions Available:
✅ Apothecary Clerks – Help customers find the right herbs, teas, and natural products while providing excellent service.
✅ Herbalists / Herbalist Trainees – Learn or expand your knowledge in herbalism while guiding customers toward holistic wellness solutions.
✅ Retail Associates – Assist with daily store operations, product stocking, and creating a welcoming environment.
✅ Social Media & Marketing Assistant – Help showcase our products, events, and mission through engaging content.
✅ Production & Packaging Assistants – Assist in creating and packaging our herbal products and subscription boxes.
✅ Farm & Sustainability Coordinator – Help with our farm operations, growing organic herbs, and maintaining sustainability initiatives.
What We’re Looking For:
🌱 A passion for natural health, herbalism, and holistic wellness
🌱 Strong communication and customer service skills
🌱 A self-starter attitude with a willingness to learn and grow
🌱 Team-oriented and community-driven mindset
🌱 Retail or herbalism experience (a plus, but not required – we train!)
