Strawberry Smoothieโ™ฅ๏ธโœจ๐Ÿฅคโœจ
Ingredients:
1 cup fresh or frozen strawberries
1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk (or your preferred milk)
1/2 cup Greek yogurt (plain or low-fat)
1 tbsp chia seeds
1/2 tbsp honey or maple syrup (optional for sweetness)
1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 cup ice cubes (if using fresh strawberries)
1/2 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
Directions:
Add the strawberries, almond milk, Greek yogurt, chia seeds, and cinnamon to a blender.
Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy. If the smoothie is too thick, add a little more almond milk to reach your desired consistency.
Taste and adjust the sweetness by adding honey or maple syrup, if desired.
Add the ice cubes and blend again until the smoothie is chilled and frothy.
Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately!

๐Ÿฅ’๐Ÿ… Tomato Cucumber Salad
Ingredients:

2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved

1 large cucumber, sliced into half-moons

ยฝ red onion, thinly sliced

ยผ cup fresh parsley, finely chopped

2 tbsp olive oil

1 tbsp lemon juice (or red wine vinegar)

1 garlic clove, minced

Salt & black pepper, to taste

Instructions:

In a large bowl, combine cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, and parsley.

In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice (or vinegar), garlic, salt, and pepper.

Pour the dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine.

Let sit for 10 minutes to allow flavors to blend.

Serve fresh and enjoy! ๐Ÿฅ—
