Start treating healthy eating as your first form of medicine. Because consistently skipping balanced meals, consuming excess sugar, and relying on too much processed food may feel harmless now but it will show up one day.

It may come as high blood pressure, diabetes, or something even more serious. And suddenly, it’s no longer about convenience it becomes hospital visits, medications, and bills that could have been avoided.
