Hey there! I am the heart, mind, and soul of Mindful Mama Wellness and I'm always so excited to welcome moms in my lovely community. Welcome to the family, mama!

I’m Nadia, a Mindset Coach based in California, and I help new moms and moms-to-be like you to be purposefully present, discover a deeper connection with yourself and the people you love, and to intentionally self care. This pandemic has made it even more difficult for new mothers with the lack of tangible help and support of family and friends. It has limit whatever help we can receive in our daily struggles as mothers. I don't meant the lack of support to be an attack to your family and friends. The pandemic just put us in a situation we cannot control. Even if family members wants to visit and extend a bit of help, it can be hard on their part too. Because I experienced these all too well, I decided to build Mindful Mama Wellness. If you're feeling so at loss of love and support, Mindful Mama Wellness has a place for you. So join me and other moms in our community as we experience more authentic and deeper connections with ourselves and our children.

Still feeling so full after being part of the LUV Her Summit!

It was an honor to be in community with so many women committed to healing, growth, and real conversations.

From the panel discussions to the in-between moments, this space reminded me how powerful it is when women gather and share truth.

Thank you to everyone who showed up, poured into the space, and reminded me of the beauty of doing this work in real life!
