They have started to prioritize their mind, body, and soul connection while listening and leaning into their intuition so they can self-express their highest level self and share their message. We live in a physical world and creating a strong foundation in our bodies helps to strengthen our connection to our mind and spirit. I believe that we are all stronger in 1 or 2 of these areas and most of us think we’ll eventually get there with the other area. However, if we don’t take the time to consciously look at where we are and where we want to be, we’ll always feel like something is missing or disconnected. Prioritizing our mind, body, soul connection impacts all the areas of our life so we can experience life with more resonance while expanding faster than we have before. Which translates to more flow, love, creativity, productivity, connectedness with yourself and in all your relationships. You’re in the right place if:

I’m excited to include these certifications to help others further deepen their mind, body, and soul relationship. I believe we all have a unique message and mission to get out into the world. We are meant to live a life of joy and abundance. I am a Mama of two kids 12 and 8 years old. Some days I’m 50/50 introverted/extroverted other days I’m more 75/25.

The relationship we have with our health and wellness is our responsibility.

And, some of the meanings and beliefs we have about food, diet, exercise, and our relationship with our body are not our fault.

Somewhere along the way, for many of us, our emotional needs weren't being met and we fulfilled them with food and or our body and what we expected from it. Most of this is from clever marketing from the food, diet, and exercise industries.

Aren't you tired and overwhelmed by what you should and shouldn’t eat to be healthy and lose weight? Or which new diet fad actually works long term?

I want the quick fix just as much as anyone even though I know it wasn't quick to put on the weight. It took years to get to my highest weight. But, I also wanted it to work permanently.

I didn't want to have to try something else or new. I wanted a lifestyle change that was adaptable to me. I wanted my confidence back.

I wanted my energy back and to no longer feel bad for eating something or worrying what the side effects would be on my health the next day and in 20 years from now.

We’re going to think about food. It is a basic need and it keeps us alive. Our thoughts about food, health, and our bodies should be more consciously aware and empowering. What does our body need to support us now and in the long term?

NOT a shame and guilt cycle because the diet industry told us it’s our fault for not having enough willpower or to use food to soothe us because we haven’t yet come across something else to help us heal through a difficult time.

I first found WILDFIT in the fall of 2016. At first I was concerned about trying something new to release weight around the holidays. What would I be missing out on at all the celebratory dinners and gatherings? But, I was done with feeling miserable and overwhelmed about my food choices and what was best for my overall health.

Let me tell you, while there are foods that you take a break from, I was still able to enjoy my favorite foods. AND I didn’t have any of the shame or guilt while eating them.

When your resistance shows up, it’s a time to give gratitude to your past self, past beliefs, and past patterns. Gratitude because they got you here. To the present. To this current highest level version of yourself.

The desires you have right now are from that highest version of you. You don’t have to wait for something to happen to be ready. You already are ready. The desire came to you because you are ready. You don’t have to wait to get there. You are here.

The present version of you has already unfolded. You are already enough to bring the desire into the physical to experience your own self expression.

So, when resistance shows up, thank it. Give it love and know that it is a past version of you. It’s your ego checking in and saying...Do you really want this desire, this growth, this expansion?

You decide. Do you stay in resistance or say F*ck yes I want this expansion and shift into your new beliefs.
