🚫 Oopsie:  Are you lowering the bar or weight too low during your RDLs and feeling it in the lower back instead of your glutes and hamstrings? 🏋️‍♂️

🔧 The Fix: Keep that bottom range just right! Aim for anywhere from the bottom of the knee to mid-shin. Don’t dip too low and risk your lower back taking over! We want those hamstrings and glutes to steal the spotlight!🌟

😊 Stretch those hammies without sacrificing your back’s happiness! It’s all about finding that sweet spot for the perfect RDL form! Let me know how I can help you slay those workouts! 🎉💕

🏋️‍♂️ Beginner RDL Mistake #1:  Don’t let the bar drift too far forward! 🏋️‍♂️

🔧 Here’s the fix: 

🎨 When lowering, imagine painting the front of your legs with the bar.

🍊 Engage those lats - squeeze oranges in your armpits or tuck your shoulder blades into your back pockets.

💪 Keep your inner elbows facing outward, towards the mirror or wall in front of you.
