The Lori Michiel Fitness team of certified personal trainers include Kinesiology graduates, Medical Fitness Specialists, physical education teachers, physical therapists, and physiotherapists. The trainers are certified by nationally accredited agencies, insured, CPR/AED certified and vetted for competency and sensitivity. All our trainers are upbeat, positive and always respectful of our clients.
