High-Protein Cookie Dough Dessert
⨠gluten-free | no bake | macro-friendly
Youâll need:
⢠1 cup almond flour
⢠½ cup vanilla protein powder
⢠Ÿ cup natural peanut butter (or almond butter)
⢠Ÿ cup maple syrup or honey
⢠Ÿ cup unsweetened almond or oat milk
⢠1 tsp vanilla
⢠Chocolate chips (measure with your heart)
How to make it:
Mix dry ingredients â add wet ingredients â fold in chocolate chips.
Store in a container and chill for 30 minutes. Eat straight from the fridge like real cookie dough!
Pro tips:
⢠Too dry? Add milk 1 Tbsp at a time
⢠Add sea salt or cinnamon for extra flavor
