Iโll be 50 in April and have hit menopause when I was 45. My goal is to bring you things to learn about and to contemplate. If you donโt listen to this, the biggest takeaway I can give you is to eat dinner as early as possible and to not snack between meals, and if youโre not hungry then wait til you are, and include plenty of protein and healthy fat along with some veggies as a mainstay program. Check your body fat % and get it into the healthy category. My eating has shifted over the years and Iโm happy to say that my sugar cravings are in check and the holidays donโt have anything on me (and I still eat the yumminess on Thanksgiving and Christmas).
