A Registered Dietitian with a Masters degree in Nutritional Science, Rachel S. Beller founded the Beller Nutritional Institute in Beverly Hills to translate her clinical research into real-world results. Her areas of expertise includes nutritional oncology, wellness and preve

ntative health, weight management, cardiovascular health and diabetes. Drawing on these specialties, Rachel develops customized, easy-to-follow action plans, recipes and illustrated "BUY THIS" shop guides. This combination of science and straight-talk has made Rachel the go-to nutritionist for Hollywood celebrities, their families, international clients, and people from all walks of life. After receiving her B.A. from UCLA, and her R.D. and M.S. degrees from California State University Los Angeles, Rachel conducted extensive research in the role of nutrition in cancer prevention at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center and the John Wayne Cancer Institute. She also served as the John Wayne Cancer Institute's Director of Nutritional Oncology Research and Counseling for a decade. During this time she served as the co-principal investigator in the national Women's Intervention Nutrition Study (WINS), and received awards for research, recruitment and lectureship. Rachel currently serves as a spokesperson for the Amercian Cancer Society, and is significantly involved in community outreach and several major health organizations:

Other media credits include The Today Show, the Style Network, Vogue Magazine, WebMD, the University of Pennsylvania's Penn Appetit, and numerous local and international news outlets. Glamour magazine recently described Rachel as "a genius at designing weight-loss programs that are simple, yet at the same time tell you exactly what to eat and how to succeed... so you know you're not only going to drop a few dress sizes, but you'll do it in a healthy - and, literally, life-affirming - way."

This is one of the recipes my thrivers are loving🤍 so I had to share it with you.

We start with shredded cabbage—simple, crunchy, super filling cruciferous veg—plus a little fresh parsley.

Then the dressing that changes everything: tahini + water + apple cider vinegar (with the mother) + my Super Sumac Spice Synergy Blend 🌿 blended until creamy and poured right over.

Massage it all together so every bite is coated in flavor.
