Cameron Wardlaw MFT I have years of experience providing psychotherapy to adults, older adults, and caregivers. I use several theoretical approaches to facilitate change.

Therapy begins with a safe and respectful environment where individual and relational needs are compassionately addressed. I work diligently to provide that environment where healing and growth can take place. Together we will work to build a trusting relationship and to identify changes you wish to make in order to support positive growth in your life. I believe that lasting change requires a non-judgmental environment; one that validates the client, encourages adjustment, and challenges the client to expand his/her emotional and spiritual growth. These include: cognitive-behavioral, person-centered, and solution focused. I believe that the most effective treatment addresses the whole person; body, mind and spirit. I use traditional therapeutic techniques combined with some less traditional techniques such as meditation and relaxation. I began my professional counseling experience in 2004. My practice is intended to be relatively small in order to focus more attention on each client, and I see clients either in their home or in my office. I encourage attaining balance between physical, mental and spiritual components of being.
