Throwback to running my first marathon!
26.2 miles ✅

Running a marathon has always been on my bucket list and i’m so happy I did it! Did it hurt like hell? Oh yeah, but training for that goal really helped me out during a tough time!

“Don’t let the fear of falling prevent you from flying”

Pole vaulting holds a place dear to my heart. I was recruited for the decathlon at Boise State and I had to learn and compete in division 1 at the event within my first year. It requires a great deal of risk and trust in your own abilities to send yourself into such unknown territory. At the beginning there were many bruises, broken poles, and failed attempts but I was able to get back up and have lots of success in the event. This video is my achievement of a new PR of 14’7”. It became one of my most favorite events and I’m proud of myself for facing the fear.
