We were born as beings of love and light. The forces of evil in this world are strong, but the forces of good are stronger. Let's keep consciously choosing the "light side". Do you know what "energy" refers to in the context of "energy healing"?

It refers to the subtle, invisible, vital life force that flows through everything -- and that we are composed of. It's also called Chi, or Prana. It flows through our meridians and spins in our chakras.
It is the divine life force energy that is channeled by a Reiki practitioner. It is the subtle, invisible energy that emanates from us, forming our aura, or energy field.

Everything that exists in the universe is energy, vibrating at different rates.

Our emotions have energetic vibrations as well. Did you know that we hold the energy of unprocessed negative emotions in our bodies and energy field? This causes imbalances in our subtle energy systems - and ultimately, illness.

The KEY to lasting health is releasing the energy of unprocessed emotions that are "stuck" inside us, thus restoring balance to our subtle energy body -- so that our spirit, mind and body can rebalance and heal, and we can joyfully live life to the fullest!

I know how hard it is to find a solution to your child's symptoms and challenges that you can feel good about. Have you worked on healing your inner child and your nervous system so that you no longer lose it -- but there's still a part of you that is worried about the impact your previous reactivity had on your kids?
