Johanna ran a successful reflexology business, Reflexology Wellness, in Oakland, California for five years. Upon her son's birth in 2016, Johanna closed her Oakland office and moved to Los Angeles. 🌿 Déjame contarte el momento en que me di cuenta de que la energía sutil es real:

Como reflexóloga, solía terminar algunas sesiones sintiéndome mareada y completamente agotada. Y no entendía por qué.

💛 Mi terapeuta de masaje me explicó que era transferencia — que estaba absorbiendo la energía del cliente mientras ellos la liberaban.

🌿 Let me tell you the moment I realized subtle energy is real:

As a reflexologist, I used to leave some sessions feeling dizzy and super drained. And I couldn't figure out why.

💛 My massage therapist explained it was transference — that I was absorbing the client’s energy as they released it.

✨ He taught me a simple visualization to stay grounded and protected, and after that, I noticed a huge shift: I no longer felt super wiped out after sessions!

I love this! 💫

Both fear and faith ask you to believe something about the future - you might as well choose to believe in something good. 🌿

You can either live in fear or choose to live from a place of faith - trusting that the Universe is conspiring in your favor, that your higher power has got your back, and that you deserve good things...so good will come to you. 🤍

But choosing faith isn't always easy. If we have experienced trauma or adversity, our nervous systems often get stuck in fear -- our brains become wired to look for danger and prepare for it.
