Sound Bath with Stefan & Naomi on October 26th 2025

When: Sunday, October 26th, 4 pm – 5:00 pm
Where: Garden of Yoga
Cost: $25 (RSVP – space is limited)

This therapeutic experience in a deeply relaxing environment promotes deep healing through the sound of crystal bowls (performed by Stefan) and harp (performed by Naomi), including essential oils, chimes, and tuning forks.

Sound healing through the harp is a beautiful and ancient practice that taps into the therapeutic potential of music and vibration. The harp, with its ethereal and resonant tones, has been used for centuries in various healing traditions across the world.

This class will induce a state of deep relaxation by calming the nervous system, improving sleep, reducing anxiety and stress.
