Those of you who KNOW ME....know there are always multiple things on my mind and in my head. I'm working on categorizing everything so I don't flood a page with multiple things. If you are interested in wellness and mental health...like this page and watch for posts. I'm moving towards clarity and being intentional with my actions. We go thru issues, bumps in the road, roller coaster rides, and more on an hourly basis. Let's take the stigma out of mental health and hiding "family secrets" so we can heal.

This is a repost on the stages of grief by Kubler-Ross. Grief is a process...there is no step-by-step and timed structure to it. As long as we move forward and process the loss we can continue to move forward. We will never forget those who have transitioned. The understanding, guilt, unforgiveness, anger, denial and sadness must be processed.
