One of the biggest misconceptions I hear is that NoseTune® Rhinoplasty means “not much changes.”

NoseTune® is not about doing less. It’s about doing the right amount, with precision, so the result looks natural and fits your face.

In this 4-month post-op before-and-after, we made several meaningful refinements:
• Smoothed the dorsal hump using ultrasonic and powered instrumentation
• Elevated and refined the tip
• Straightened the nose
• Narrowed the bridge and the tip for a cleaner, more balanced shape

Put together, these changes create a transformation that’s subtle in the best way, but powerful in impact. The goal was never a trendy, “cutesy” nose. She wanted a refined version of her own nose that still looked age-appropriate and authentic.

I’ll never forget her cast removal. She started crying tears of joy. That moment is exactly why I do what I do.

If you’ve been considering rhinoplasty but you’re worried about looking “done,” this is the standard I aim for every time.

Happy 2️⃣ Year Rhinoversary !! 🫡🪩

Two years later, and this result still reads as “her,” just more balanced.

Before surgery, Amy’s nose slightly pulled focus and felt a bit off-center after an old lacrosse injury. The plan was twofold: straighten the bridge and address any functional issues related to prior trauma, then refine the aesthetics in a way that fit her natural facial structure and features. My approach is always individualized, factoring in facial proportions, ethnicity, and the specific look each patient wants to emphasize.

For Amy, we aligned on subtle, high-impact changes: de-projecting and refining the tip to soften the profile, while keeping everything natural and harmonious. NoseTune® was ideal here because it allowed for a smaller, straighter, more refined nose without looking “copy + pasted” or generic.

When Amy asked, “While we’re in there, is there anything else you’d recommend?” it opened the door for smart planning. Since she was already considering an eyelid lift down the line, we addressed it during the same surgery. We removed 10 mm of extra skin per upper eyelid and added targeted lower eyelid resurfacing to brighten and enhance her eyes without creating an overdone or pulled look.

Today is her rhinoversary, and it’s a reminder of what the best outcomes do: they don’t change your identity, they restore balance.

Procedure: NoseTune® Rhinoplasty, Upper Blepharoplasty, Lower Eyelid Tunable Resurfacing Laser (TRL)
Timing: Two-year rhinoversary
Surgeon’s Note: Amy is an aesthetic provider with a deep network in this industry, and I’m grateful she trusted me with her surgical journey. The trust and communication we shared made recovery smoother and supported a result that continues to age beautifully.

We are now offering hair transplant procedures at !

Two months post-op after an FUE hair transplant with () Dr. Kochhar, and the early trend is already encouraging, especially through the crown where the scalp is starting to look less visible.

A key point for patients: 2 months is still very early. Most of what you see right now is healing, stabilization, and the beginning of the growth cycle, not the final result.

What typically happens after FUE (and why patience matters):
• Weeks 1–4: The grafts secure, the donor area calms down, and mild redness or texture changes can still be normal.
• Months 1–3: Many patients go through a “shedding phase.” This is expected. The follicles are still alive; they’re resetting into a new growth cycle.
• Months 3–6: Early regrowth begins. Hair often starts finer and softer at first.
• Months 6–9: Noticeable cosmetic change builds, especially in areas like the crown where density develops gradually.
• Months 9–12+: The result continues to mature with improved density, caliber, and blend.

Why the crown takes longer:
The crown grows in a natural swirl pattern and typically needs more time for density to “stack,” so progress there is often gradual. That’s why seeing early fullness at 2 months is a positive sign, but we still judge outcomes over the 6–12 month window.

We’re launching Hair Restoration at Kian Aesthetic Institute
We’re expanding into hair transplant with a focus on:
• Thoughtful hairline and crown design that matches facial proportions
• Donor preservation and natural density planning
• Education-first expectations and clear timeline guidance
• A high-touch, medical setting built for comfort and privacy

If you’re noticing thinning at the crown, widening parts, or recession at the hairline, a consultation can help determine whether you’re a better candidate for medical optimization, PRP/PRF, or FUE.

Breathing and aesthetics are not separate goals, and this result is a good example of why. She is now months post-op after an ultrasonic NoseTune® rhinoplasty approach combined with septoplasty and turbinoplasty, with continued refinement as swelling has settled.

Septoplasty corrects a deviated septum that can contribute to obstruction. Turbinoplasty reduces enlarged turbinates that can create persistent congestion. When I address the internal airway and the external structure together, the goal is a result that looks natural on her face and supports comfortable breathing long term.
