Regenify™: A Structural + Regenerative Approach to Facial Rejuvenation

I created Regenify™ to address a gap I consistently saw in facial rejuvenation: most facelift techniques focus on repositioning tissues, but very few support the underlying biology that determines how smoothly someone heals, how naturally their face moves, and how long the result lasts.

This patient’s transformation was achieved using the full Regenify™ method: a multi-step approach that elevates the deeper facial layers as a single structural unit while reinforcing them with regenerative biologics for healthier, more predictable healing.

The Regenify™ method includes:
1. Deep Plane Release
Releasing restrictive ligaments beneath the SMAS to restore natural mobility and eliminate tension.
2. Structural Repositioning
Elevating the deeper tissues in a natural, upward vector to refine the cheeks, jawline, and under-chin area with anatomical precision.
3. Regenerative Application
Applying biologic materials such as autologous fat, stem cell / nanofat, and platelet rich fibrin to enhance skin quality, improve elasticity, and support smoother transitions as tissues settle.

Why this matters:
By combining structural precision with regenerative science, Regenify™ rebuilds tissue foundation, enhances longevity, and maintains natural facial movement, reducing the risk of surface tension or a “pulled” appearance. This approach is ideal for patients seeking durable, elegant, and anatomically harmonious results, rather than surface-level changes or volume-heavy corrections.
If you’re noticing laxity, heaviness in the lower face, or diminished definition, Regenify™ may offer a more stable and long-lasting outcome than a traditional facelift.

Procedure: NoseTune® for Bulbous and Droopy Tip
Concerns: Tip fullness, downward rotation, and noticeable tip and nostril asymmetry.
Post-Op Timeline: Four-year follow-up from her original rhinoplasty, with a tip-focused revision performed four months ago.

Breakdown:
This patient had her primary rhinoplasty with me four years ago and was genuinely happy with her outcome. Over time, we both noticed that her tip still leaned slightly to one side and that the symmetry could be improved. During her follow-up, we reviewed her photos, discussed her goals, and agreed that although the initial result was strong, there was still room for refinement. Because her concerns were specific and predictable to correct, I felt the benefits of a focused secondary revision clearly outweighed the risks.

Our plan centered on fine-tuning the tip and improving overall balance. We discussed smoothing the small area of fullness on the left side of her tip, recentralizing the tip to bring it into better alignment, and making subtle adjustments to improve the relationship between the nostrils. These refinements didn’t require changing the character of her nose, but rather enhancing what we had already built.

Her revision, performed four months ago, focused on straightening the tip, smoothing the irregularity she continued to notice, and restoring better symmetry. This outcome reflects the strength of a collaborative process: she communicated what continued to bother her, and I confirmed that careful, targeted improvement was both achievable and safe.

At her four-month follow-up, her tip is more centered, the symmetry is significantly improved, and her nose now reflects the refined result she originally envisioned.

At her four-year follow-up, the refinement remains stable, the tip is better centered, and her overall nasal balance reflects the goals we established together.

ULTRASONIC NOSETUNE® FOR THICK NASAL SKIN

One month after her Ultrasonic NoseTune®, Ashlyn is already seeing a transformation that truly fits her face. Her primary goal from the beginning was clear: refine the overall size of her nose without creating an overly “cute” or upturned look. She wanted balance, not exaggeration.

During our two consultations, we spent significant time aligning on proportion, structure, and what would best complement her facial features. Using 3D photography, we designed a plan that respected her aesthetic goals while addressing the functional components through ultrasonic rhinoplasty, septoplasty, and turbinoplasty.

Thicker nasal skin often settles more slowly, but it can be a tremendous long-term advantage, allowing the underlying structure to reveal itself gradually and naturally. Even at the one-month mark, her definition is already coming through beautifully.

I’m incredibly proud of her healing so far, and even more excited for how her results will continue to refine over the next several months.

I had an excellent conversation with Dr. Anil Rajani on one of the most important topics in regenerative aesthetics: PRF and ezGEL.
We covered why autologous treatments matter, how PRF’s slow-release biology supports true tissue healing, and the science behind transforming your own blood into ezGEL. We also discussed why the under-eye area responds so well when these treatments are performed with the correct technique and anatomical precision.

I’ve spent nearly a decade researching, teaching, and refining these protocols, and it’s clear that patients are seeking natural, regenerative options that prioritize skin quality over artificial volume. PRF and ezGEL continue to play a central role in that evolution.

For anyone interested in these treatments, my team and I perform them daily at the Kian Aesthetic Institute using standardized, evidence-based protocols.

This patient is two weeks out from her secondary deep plane face and necklift, and she’s already seeing stronger definition and a cleaner neck profile. At this stage, mild swelling, firmness, and early tightness are completely normal, especially in a revision case where the tissues have been operated on before. Even with that, she’s very happy with her progress, and we’re extremely pleased with her early result.

Secondary lifts require a thoughtful approach because previous surgery changes the natural planes and underlying support. The objective here was to restore structure, improve contour through the lower face and neck, and maintain a natural, balanced appearance without any over-pulled look. Over the next several months, her result will continue to refine and settle.
