Surfing the waves of life. I practice and work my butt off to get to the wave, the work is in being prepared for the wave, but I don't control the wave. I am appreciative of the wave and all my work and practice determines how good of a wave rider I am.

I have been spending time attempting to understand that many things in my world view were placed there by my child self who didn't know better or was trying to survive trauma. As an adult it has been up to me to go back and see if those beliefs are valid and if they serve me and my family.

Hey family!

I created this page to allow my community to support my work as an Alternative Therapist for women of color, through feminine embodiment and wholistic wellness. Every time you "Buy me a coffee" you are contributing to my business scholarship fund which allows women who are experiencing financial hardship, participate in my 5 week online course or in person workshops for little to no cost! It is my goal to serve as many women as I can in undeserved communities and also mothers of small children who need extra support with their mental and emotional well being.

The event we are currently seeking sponsorship for is my Women's Wellness Retreat, Puerto Rico December 11-15. It is my goal to raise enough funds to gift a local, Puerto Rican woman her first, all inclusive, luxury retreat experience. She has participated in my free workshops throughout the year both virtually and in person and has always put in the work for her personal development and continued healing.

The total cost for her to participate is $2,777.

This includes her own room, 3 meals a day made by our in home chef, all excursions and transportation, 2-3 facilitated healing workshops a day, a goodie bag of plant based, small batch made bath, body and hair care, 1 hour personal coaching session, 1 hour massage, a package of professionally taken videos and photos documenting her experience, the closing dinner night out at an upscale culinary experience in San Juan.

This retreat is a natural extension of our acclaimed 5-week small group coaching program for women, conducted online. It's designed to deepen the insights and growth experienced in the program, and to introduce the same transformative journey for new people.
This retreat is not just a getaway; it's a space for profound personal development and connection.
