Facebook has changed its format soo soo much -- looking on this page now that I created in 2015 is interesting to see -- we now have a much bigger group by the same name but I have left this page up all of these years. So many of these articles I remember researching out to put up here and I do not think the inteviews on zoom are still working sadly but Dr. Rosensweet is still very much a part of the Ins and Outs Menopause group.
I have learned a lot about menopause since 2015 - have been on hormones now since 2018 and can assure you I will never go off of them no way - I am a lot better that is for sure since the lonely and sad night I created this page - those days for me were a right nightmare.
So, if you are here welcome!
You are very welcome to come up onto The Ins and Outs of Menopause Group with Daved Rosensweet MD where we do Q&As every Tuesday and Thursday fr women wanting questions they have answered - it is fun and it is very helpful.
So, welcome to anyone who might be visiting - pls do scroll down a these articles are good though a few years old.
I truly believe that the more it is we learn the less it is we fear and the more empowered it is we become to help oursleves and even help our doctors to help us as well!!
