I’ve been calling in a home for our Los Angeles sound trainings for a while. A place where the training could support a beautiful community in learning and sharing sound.

And now, we’ve found the home. ✨

Our 2026 LA trainings will be held inside the beautiful studio at Astro Gong Yoga - the place where my own gong journey began years ago.

Lou, my gong teacher, will be joining us once again for these LA cohorts. He’s a gong master who has traveled the world teaching, studying, and sharing this wisdom. His lived experience, presence, and depth of knowledge continue to shape this program in a way I’m endlessly grateful for.

In this space, you’ll have access to everything you need - gongs, crystal singing bowls, chimes, and more, so by the end, you’ll know what instruments feel right for your own set.

This 4-day training covers sound, gong and bowl techniques, sound theory, music theory, sequencing, and so much more… all within a supportive and heart-centered community, with opportunities to connect in this space after training for practice and continued learning.
