Eclipse Season: A Community Sadhana

From Tuesday, February 17 through Tuesday, March 3, we’re offering a complimentary daily morning sadhana for the AGY community, held 5:00–6:00 a.m. and led by Gong Master Lou.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Eclipse seasons are known for accelerating change and moving things forward before we feel ready. Even when life looks steady on the outside, this period can feel unsettled beneath the surface.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
This daily practice is designed to offer steadiness during that window. Each class includes light yoga to wake up the body, a mantra-based meditation to focus the mind, and a gong bath to help integrate what’s shifting.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
The series opens on the New Moon in Aquarius, which also marks the Lunar New Year and the beginning of the Year of the Horse — a time associated with new cycles and forward momentum. It closes on the Full Moon in Virgo, bringing focus back to daily habits, routines, and what’s actually sustainable.

A sadhana is built through repetition and reliability. Practicing together each morning becomes a shared experience, and a reminder that you’re not moving through these transitions alone.
