💧 Water, Truth & Discernment in Health and Spirit

Family, a client forwarded me a video, Believe to have been educational in some way but yet felt eerie about the odd symbol at the bottom of the video. 🤔🧿

The video is claiming that fruits alone (and a concept of “H3O water”) are the true way to hydrate. While the speaker presents himself as a “spiritualist,” his message, though wrapped in good intentions, mixes partial truths with misdirection.

⚠️ This is where we must be cautious: misinformation disguised as wisdom can quietly sow more confusion in your health and wellness journey than clarity.

As a Naturopathic Medicine Research Scientist and Harvard-trained Integrative Health & Wellness Coach, I base my guidance on research, deductive reasoning, and consistent clinical evidence. But even more than that, here at 1 Sport Of Life, we remain firmly rooted in God’s truth—because true wellness is incomplete without the Living Word.

🍉 Fruit vs. Living Water 💦

Scripture makes this distinction clear:

Jesus said: “Whoever drinks of the water that I will give him will never thirst again. The water that I will give him will become in him a spring of water welling up to eternal life.” (John 4:14)

Again: “If anyone thirsts, let him come to me and drink. Whoever believes in me… out of his heart will flow rivers of living water.” (John 7:37–38)

Revelation 22:17: “Let the one who is thirsty come; let the one who desires take the water of life without price.”

While Jesus is indeed called the “true vine” (John 15:1) and we see the fruits of the Spirit listed in Galatians 5:22–23, never once is He called “living fruit.” Rather, fruit is the evidence of abiding in Him—but He Himself is the Living Water, the very essence of life.
