A reminder that not every disability is visible. This month, we honor those living with muscular dystrophy and raise awareness about the importance of research, support, and inclusion.

We are collecting items for our clients at ARC to have on hand in case of any emergency that may occur during a session, allowing them to comfortably continue on with their workouts.

We’re accepting donations during business hours, Monday–Friday from 10 AM to 5 PM.
