Here are a few tips from our very own Dr. Anthony Durham, Director of Intensive Services at Wellnest, to help you get grounded and move through tough moments with care:
๐ญ Pause and reflect. Acknowledge what youโre experiencing - without judgment.
๐จ Try bubble breathing. Imagine blowing bubbles. Inhale slowly, then exhale gently, as if creating a perfect bubble. (Children love this idea!)
๐ Feel what you feel. Remind yourself itโs OK to experience emotions fully - your feelings are valid and deserve space.
