Happy anniversary my love ❤️

It’s been quite a year. I feel like our magical weekend just happened, but I simultaneously feel that the last year has been several.

We talk about the bittersweetness of this night. How beautiful it was to be surrounded by family and friends and nature. How much fun the dancing was and how beautiful our ceremony was. You see the JOY on our faces 🤩 We talk about the dichotomy of the day and night. At 2:30am on our wedding night I started bleeding and thus began our summer saga.

It’s weird today! To want to celebrate but also be grieving of the end of the weekend we wish we had one year ago. For today to be the anniversary of a celebration of our love and also of my pregnancy beginning to fall apart.

As the years go on, I am sure the heaviness of the night will fade and the joy will surpass it.

For now, I am grateful to be doing this wild journey of life with you. I love you, happy first anniversary and first Father’s Day 😘
