Agape Care Medical Transportation, Inc. provides affordable, reliable, and secure transportation to and from:
-doctor's appointments for dialysis treatments, chemotherapy, radiation, etc.
-admission and discharges to homes and facilities
-and even errands, such as getting groceries or going to the bank.
Non-emergency transportation services are used both short-term and long-term. Short-term is for those who need assistance momentarily, for instance, an individual who recently underwent orthopedic surgery and requires a wheelchair to get to their follow-up doctor's appointment. Long-term care for our individuals who need the assistance regularly.
