Alyson Roux, M.S., C.N.S., M.F.A., is a clinical nutritionist and health coach who combines a decade in the arts and entertainment industry with her background in science, research and evidence-based medicine to help creative professionals transform their health and reach optimum wellness using practical, sustainable tools. She currently works in private practice in Los Angeles, and is committed to helping artists live vibrant, healthy lives. Alyson is also an instructor with the Health And Wellness Faculty at AMDA College and Conservatory of the Performing Arts. Broth is kinda unappealing looking but we all live in the now, so I’m using to freeze pressure cooker made for the bones of a pastured chicken from . Amongst this chaos, some days we have the capacity and bandwidth to make something for our future selves, a kindness present in our freezer for a day we need it. I don’t have the capacity to do this all the time, but today I have the privilege of being able to do so. What you can handle today is enough. Today this feels kind.

Pandemic cooking practice- Instant pot black beans success! Fast, cheap, easy, shelf stable.
