Alyson Roux, M.S., C.N.S., M.F.A., is a clinical nutritionist and health coach who combines a decade in the arts and entertainment industry with her background in science, research and evidence-based medicine to help creative professionals transform their health and reach optimum wellness using practical, sustainable tools. She currently works in private practice in Los Angeles, and is committed to helping artists live vibrant, healthy lives. Alyson is also an instructor with the Health And Wellness Faculty at AMDA College and Conservatory of the Performing Arts.
