Our residents were invited to an intimate five-course dining experience, thoughtfully curated by Chef Abner, featuring a traditional Shabu Shabu Japanese cuisine experience.

Throughout the evening, Chef guided us through each course—sharing the history, cultural roots, and meaning behind every ingredient we tasted. It was more than a meal; it was a journey through tradition, flavor, and connection.

To close the night, we were treated to a delicate, airy slice of Japanese cheesecake—light as a cloud and the perfect sweet ending to a beautifully curated experience.
