Be Well Senior Living is a residential care facility for the elderly with three locations in San Fernando Valley, two in Sherman Oaks, California and one in Tarzana, California. Our assisted living facilities are small care homes located in residential neighborhoods, suited away from major streets, traffic and noise. rs to only six adults, ages 60 and older. This kind of intimate setting, also known as Board-and-Care home, would be the best choice for your loved one if they need more care and supervision then offered at a large Assisted Living Community and yet do not require as much professional medical assistance as found in a nursing home. All three of our San Fernando Valley board and care homes are licensed for Dementia, Alzheimer’s and Hospice care. At our senior communities we understand our residents’ need to live life to its fullest. We make sure our seniors laugh and have fun, sing and dance, play games, get outside, learn and create, enjoy good and healthy food and celebrate special occasions. We strive to do our best to make each resident feel welcome and at home. Be Well Senior Living is managed by health care professionals, including a registered nurse, an occupational therapist and a respiratory therapist. Our caregivers are highly trained to care for adults with memory loss, from mild cognitive impairment to Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s disease, heart disease, respiratory problems, cancer, stroke, and seniors that are in need of rehabilitation.
