WOMEN need to Travel at least 4x Year …Here’s why 👉🏽 (swipe)

The exact Frequency may not be as important as Consistency, but the point is we all need time for a reset, an escape from the responsibilities of being the Center of the Circle, where most of us as women find ourselves. As the seasons shift and require malleability, so do we.
Hence my recommendation for taking time for travel and reset, 4x year.
It doesn’t require alot of time or breaking the bank, but the intentionality of taking time to pour into ourselves is necessary for our HEALTH AND LONGEVITY.
Take that trip Sis, Doctors orders 😉

I am lifting LA up in prayer…this has been a rough week. I am so very grateful my family and I are safe and thanku to everyone checking in on us. What I know for sure is that devastation and loss breeds RESILIENCE..and I pray for Resilience and Healing for LA.
I am sure that every soul in LA County has been affected in some capacity. I just want to remind all of us that even if you can’t see the fire or the smoke, the mal effects of the fires on our air quality have great impact and possible long term effects on our health and longevity.

Keep these things in mind when you’re out there:
- If the AQI ( Air Quality Index) is Above 100 consider staying indoors and avoid outdoor exercise
- If the AQI is above 150 wear a N95 mask if you can ( but any coverage is better than none)
- Sensitive groups need to be more cautious ( ie Infants/ young children/ those over 65yo/ those w/ chronic lung conditions = asthma / COPD/ Pregnant women

Glutathione, known as the master antioxidant, is present in every cell of the body. It works to combat oxidative stress (ie pollution / excess sun/ poor diets/ alcohol / smoking ) that can cause cellular aging and eventually signs of aging, such as wrinkles/ sagging skin/ fatigue / muscle weakness.
