The cacao we will be sharing is ceremonial grade and has been lovingly harvested in Costa Rica by a female collective. Our rare tea is plucked from ancient wild tea trees in Northern Vietnam.
Go inward with a journey of sound that will include antique Tibetan singing bowls, crystal bowls, chimes, gongs, and mantra. We will allow intuition to guide us as we create a soundscape that promotes deep-relaxation and a safe container of space for self-healing.

I know I have had experiences where I have felt like I wanted die. I felt like I had been betrayed, crushed and as though I wanted to rip my heart out.

💔My heartache felt unbearable. I had felt like I would never allow my heart to open again.
😢It wasn’t safe to feel, to be, to love, to open my heart
