I provide therapy for couples and individuals in a collaborative and judgement-free space. I help creative, successful and passionate people build upon their own strengths, find clarity, silence the inner critic, find their voice, identify fears, negative thoughts and unhealthy beliefs. Discover freedom and connection that exists on the other side of anxiety. Together we can transform challenge into opportunity and open the doors to self-awareness and self-ownership to get you back to the safety, joy and intention you’ve been longing for. Working in the 'here-and-now', and utilizing mindfulness based CBT strategies are the undercurrents of the way I work to move you towards your goals.

Your attachment style doesn’t define you but knowing what it is may help to create a baseline awareness of why you act and react the way you do. There is no good or bad attachment style, and our attachment styles can change depending on the situation. Knowing your attachment style and your coparent’s attachment style may create more understanding and awareness. We can also start to tune into our kid’s attachment style as it’s developing. Awareness brings about the ability to create positive changes and develop more compassion. 💜 🕊

Learning how to co-parent is complicated. It’s a partnership full of emotional undertones and adjustments. Being divorced or separated and having to juggle the co-parenting realities adds layers of coordination and factors to consider.

Stephen Porges: Countering the effects of social distancing

“Social distancing and separation are a big part of what is needed to deal with the pandemic. In this short conversation, we talk about how to counter their effects: we still need to be sensitive to our nervous system’s need to socially engage and connect.”

Our revolution is a small, quiet, grassroots movement that starts with each of us saying, “My story matters because I matter.” A movement where we can take to the streets with our messy, imperfect, wild, stretch-marked, wonderful, heartbreaking, grace-filled, and joyful lives. A movement fueled ...
