Just published: Recent Pilgrimage to Egypt — a short, heartfelt reflection on connection, respect, and the way travel can hold us. Read about our guides, the group's intentional rhythm, and moments that stayed with me. Read more: https://wix.to/TTz3zBq

This journey was also shaped deeply by the way we were held as a group. I feel a lot of gratitude for our guides and leaders — Regina Meredith, Sarah, and Vivian — who set a tone of respect from the very beginning. Respect for the culture, for the land and its heritage, and for each other. The w...

Visiting the Temple of Isis was one of the quietest and most moving moments of my time in Egypt.

It wasn’t a place that asked for interpretation or performance. It asked for presence. The site is closely guarded, and closing one’s eyes or meditating isn’t allowed — yet I was reminded that connection doesn’t require that. Even with eyes open, standing fully present, something deeper can be received.

For me, something happened that I can’t put into words. No visions, no messages — just a subtle inner shift, a grounding, a knowing. And I realized that not everything needs to be named to be real.

I didn’t ask for anything there. I simply asked inwardly for permission to connect, and allowed whatever came to come. What I received felt personal, quiet, and complete.

Looking back at images from this place, I still feel something move. I’m curious what you feel when you see them. Sometimes noticing what stirs — without analyzing it — is enough.

Meidum Pyramid

Visiting the Meidum Pyramid with my dear friend — a truly beautiful soul 🤍
Inside, we chanted softly, and the vibration was incredible. The sound didn’t remain in the chamber; it moved through our bodies. As we walked around the pyramid and touched the ancient stones, awakening deep memory, past-life impressions, and a sense of emotional balance and restoration.

In the esoteric worldview, Meidum is often called the Pyramid of Creation — a prototype pyramid, the first complete geometric experiment. It is not seen as primarily funerary, but as a frequency anchor rather than a tomb.
It is believed to encode creation geometry — the template from which later pyramids evolved.

Unlike Giza, which is often described as amplifying energy or consciousness, Meidum is said to hold equilibrium.
It does not broadcast power or activate the mind — instead, it stabilizes.

Many people describe its effects as:
• emotional settling
• calming of the nervous system
• clarity rather than visions
• a deeply grounded presence

Standing there, this felt very real to me — a quiet, steady frequency supporting balance, healing, and inner alignment. Grateful for this shared experience, the resonance we felt, and the timeless wisdom this ancient place continues to offer ✨

Inside the Pyramid of Unas at Saqqara.

This place is beyond time
It was once a center for preparation—
for ascension, teleportation,
traveling through time and dimensions.

When I stepped inside, something in me remembered.
I felt a deep connection through my past lives.
I know I have been here before—not just as a visitor,
but as a guide for those who travel between worlds.

In this lifetime, I continue this mission
as a spiritual regressionist,
helping others remember who they are
and where they’ve been.

Saqqara was the first place I visited on this trip
and also the last.
I came here twice in one journey
because I knew there was a reason—
a remembering that needed to happen.

I am bringing home crystals charged in this land
and the essence of a Saqqara flower that grew here,
carrying the wisdom of this place with me.

The people I visited with—both times—
are truly beautiful souls.
Together, we shared a healing ritual
that I had the honor of guiding.

The experience was deep.
Sacred.
Unforgettable.

Some places don’t just exist in history—
they live inside us. ✨

Common Questions About Online Past Life Regression Sessions ✨

If you’re curious about Past Life Regression but unsure what to expect—especially online—you’re not alone. Here are some of the most common questions I receive from prospective clients:

🌍 Can a past life regression session be done online?
Yes. Online sessions (via Zoom) are just as effective as in-person sessions. In many cases, clients feel even more relaxed being in their own space, which allows for a deeper experience.

🔮 Is the experience different online vs. in person?
The depth, intensity, and insight of the session remain the same. Seeing your facial expressions on Zoom actually helps me guide you more precisely through the process.

🕰 How long is a session?
A session typically lasts about three hours. We begin with a conversation about your life and intentions, followed by the regression and an integration process at the end.

❓ Do I need to prepare anything beforehand?
There are no formal prerequisites. I do recommend:
• Refraining from alcohol and recreational drugs for 24 hours
• Creating a quiet, private space where you won’t be interrupted
• Being physically comfortable (reclining, blankets, pillows, etc.)
• Having a good internet connection and a microphone

🎧 Will I receive a recording?
Yes. Since sessions are held on Zoom, you’ll receive a video and audio recording of your session.

🧠 What kinds of questions can I explore?
I recommend coming with up to three questions—often related to patterns, relationships, fears, or purpose—that you’d like clarity on through the session.

🔁 Is a follow-up session required?
Most clients don’t feel they need one, as we do integration during the session. If desired, an optional follow-up session is available.

Online past life regression is a powerful way to explore, heal, and gain insight—all from the comfort of your own space.

If you’ve been feeling the call, trust that curiosity. ✨
