Morning Greens + Shrooms! If you know me personally, you know how much I loveeee mushrooms! During college, I worked at an organic cultivated mushroom farm at the ferry building in San Francisco, where I learned all about cooking, cultivating, & the medicinal properties of mushrooms.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

When I started learning about herbs in Acupuncture school, Reishi (Ling Zhi) was one of the first we learned. Used for over 2,000 years, the "mushroom of immortality."⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

I love this green powder by . It's a mix of dark leafy greens, wheat grass, and a blend of Cordyceps, Reishi, Sh*take, Maitake, and Turkey Tail Mushrooms.. add it to your daily dose of coconut water to:⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

🍄Reduce Inflammation⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
🍄Mushrooms have anti-viral, anti-bacterial properties⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
🍄Boost Immunity⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
🍄Neutralize free radicals (cancer causing & cell damaging)⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
🍄Promote mental clarity & memory⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

You can also cook fresh mushrooms & eat sautéed greens, but if you're not able to get those in, this is a perfect alternative.
