Biohacking, for me, is a lifestyle. 🧬
Some days it looks like using my BrainTap headset to reset my mind and calm my nervous system. Other days it’s red light therapy to support recovery, boost my energy, and keep my skin glowing.
And yes, even targeted light therapy around my eyes or jaw to help with things like puffiness, circulation, and overall skin support.
These devices aren’t magic fixes, they’re just tools that help me sleep better, focus more clearly, recover faster, and feel more balanced.
And most of it fits easily into any lifestyle, for me it could be while I’m winding down at night or taking a few minutes for myself.
At the end of the day, it’s really just about habits, routine, and having the right tools to support your body.
