This study absolutely blew my mind 🧬

Back around 2000, Wheeling Jesuit University ran a 60 million dollar study on how electric fields affect human cells, both healthy and unhealthy. And what they found out is beyond fascinating.

A healthy cell is perfectly spherical and can withstand hundreds of thousands of volts. Even more incredible, as more energy gets applied, the cell membrane actually creates new ion channels, which means better nutrient absorption and better toxin elimination. ⚡️

My conversation with Philipp from reminded me of something we all tend to forget in the noise of daily life. We ARE energy. We ARE frequency.

Before we are anything else physical, we are vibration.

And once you actually understand that, you stop ignoring your biofield. You start paying attention to what you're putting out, because everything you think, feel, and speak ripples through the field around you and comes right back.

This is the piece of wellness most people completely skip. We obsess over supplements, workouts, and protocols (all important), but true holistic healing has to include your biofield too. Otherwise you're only working on part of the equation.

My supplement stack for dental recovery 🦷

This is everything I brought with me to speed up recovery, reduce inflammation, and rebuild at a cellular level. 🧬

First, I always start with my daily greens from .us. When you travel, you don’t get enough nutrients, so this is my foundation every single day.

Magnesium glycinate is a must for calming the nervous system and supporting recovery. I also added a specific protocol to support my Klotho levels after testing, which is one of the key longevity markers in the body.

For tissue and bone repair, I have a special protocol from and am taking Tooth Shield and high-dose omegas to help rebuild and reduce inflammation.

On average, we spend about 93 percent of our time indoors, and kids are getting only minutes of outdoor exposure daily. ☀️

Don’t guess, test. 🧬

This is something I’ve lived by for years when it comes to my health.
