Just had the most unforgettable experience in Kyoto with my daughter 🇯🇵🍜

We joined a ramen cooking class and learned how to make the real thing from scratch, from the rich broth to the soy sauce base, chili oil, and fresh noodles we stretched by hand.

The best part wasn’t just the flavors (though it was seriously delicious!) but sharing the moment together. Creating something side by side, laughing through the process, and then sitting down to enjoy a bowl we made ourselves. Pure joy.

We always say we’d do anything for our family, but would you do anything to live for them? ❤️

I’m planning to make it to at least 120. Not just for me, but because I love my family, I love this world, and I want to enjoy it for as long as possible.

Every day I try new habits and tools to feel my best. I travel to learn from the brightest minds in health and longevity, explore what’s coming next, and test things most people won’t hear about for another decade.

Exosome recovery, day 3.

The real magic isn’t just in the treatment, it’s in the recovery ritual. Every morning, I front-load hydration and mineral support like it’s my job. Hydrogen water (either my machine or a tablet if I’m traveling), filtered + structured water, .ONE greens, a scoop of Dr. Dom’s collagen + C, and two capfuls of to replenish the electrolyte layer.
