Our office will be closed starting 4/25/2025. Will reopen 5/12/2025.
If you need to see me, we still have some openings this week. Please call to schedule appointment ASAP.
Please call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room or urgent care for medical emergency/urgency.
Medication refills for existing patients will be done through electronic prescription system. Please have your pharmacy submit requests electronically.
Any billing, insurance, or administrative calls (including requests for medical records) will not be addressed while we are closed. Please call after 5/12/2025.
If you have non-urgent questions, you can call the office and leave a message. However, they will be addressed only if considered necessary per discretion of the doctor.
