World Eye Cancer Hope is hosting a Sibling Support Webinar!👫

Join WE C Hope Canada Board Member and Certified Child Life Specialist, Morgan Livingstone, Resource Navigator at Alex’s Lemonade Stand Foundation, Amanda Van Wagner, and WE C Hope USA Board Member and Rb mom, Elana Kirby, for a powerful, sibling-focused webinar.

We’ll explore how the siblings of Rb patients are impacted by diagnosis and offer practical ways to support their emotional well-being. Whether your child is newly diagnosed or years into survivorship, this interactive event will provide tools and support for the whole family.

Are you looking to meet other Rb patients, survivors, and families in the Southern California area? Then join WE C Hope for our 7th SoCal Rb Family Day on September 27 from 1:30 - 4:30 PM at Children's Hospital Los Angeles!
This relaxed environment encourages our Rb community to share experiences, make new friends, and also have some fun! We will have an educational presentation from the Ocular Prosthetics team, along with child life activities, a raffle, and lunch.

The One Retinoblastoma World conference, taking place October 15-17 in Hawaii and virtually at home for all who'd like to attend, unites medical professionals, scientists, survivors, parents and other family members to advance early diagnosis, evidence-based, life-long medical care, and intelligent, compassionate support. Do you have a Prosthetic Eye, Corneal Anesthesia, Retinoblastoma, Strabismus? Are you at least 8 years of age? If so, please join a SickKids Toronto study to help test a questionnaire called “FACE-Q: Ophthalmology”. FACE-Q: Ophthalmology asks patients questions about how they feel about their appearance as it relates to their eye condition and treatments, and how this affects their daily lives.
